Ghana Maritime Authority

Ghana Maritime Authority is responsible for regulating and overseeing the maritime industry in Ghana. It enforces maritime laws, regulates transport, ports, and vessels, and ensures the protection of the marine environment. The Authority's mission is to provide safe, secure, and efficient shipping services while preventing marine pollution from ships. It also manages the registration of ships, seafarer training, and certification, and conducts flag and port state control inspections.
